In order to get a refund, please understand the following rules:

• You have up to 14 days to return your order after receiving it.
• Custom-made and unique designs are not eligible for refund.
• The item must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed and with it's original packaging). Stains, holes or any other type of damage will not be accepted since each item is carefully checked before shipping.
• All return costs are the customer's responsibility.
